"On the Computer" ToolsI have recently obtained various bits of information that may assist you in your weight loss journey that are "on the computer" tools. Some I found more valuable than others, but I am forwarding the information so that you can determine if any fits your needs.
PC Application: A simple little PC desktop program you can use to quickly calculate a point value of that snack you are about to eat. In addition, it will also calculate bonus points for your lunch time walk.

MS Excel Spreadsheets: A series of three spreadsheets, the first spreadsheet allows you to keep track of the food consumed for a period of one week and will calculate a point value when entering nutritional values. You can also keep information on your favorite foods in a data sheet so you don't have to look it up in a book every time you want to include it in your meals. Instructions are included in the spreadsheet. The second spreadsheet, can be used to calculate a point value per serving of your favorite recipe. Instructions are included in the spreadsheet. And the third spreadsheet, is used to graph your weight loss over a period of one year. A spreadsheet for the new WW Flex program is now available also!

From David H.M. Lambert:
Journal Spreadsheet
I've designed this Excel spreadsheet as a tool for keeping track of what I eat. I've downloaded this to my iPAQ Pocket PC to carry with me everywhere and I find it very useful.
Each daily journal page will:
- Total your points for the day
- Calculate remaining points
- Tally activity points
- Automatically calculate bankable food & activity points
- Shows you how many points are forfeited if you don't reach your minimum target point for the day
- Automatically withdraw points from the bank if you go over your daily target range
The summary page will:
- Tally points used for the week
- Show total activity points for the week
- Show your bank balance
- Show total target points for the week
- Show 'reserve' points that remain
- Show total forfeited points for the week
- You can enter your weekly progress and see how many pounds have been lost each week as well as see a running total
- Points calculator
