Saturday's Chili

1 pound ground beef, lean (80/20)
1 onion -- chopped
1 bell pepper -- chopped
1 package Williams Chili seasoning
15 ounces black beans
15 ounces kidney beans
28 ounces tomatoes, canned -- crushed
28 ounces tomatoes, canned -- chopped
In sprayed Dutch oven, brown onions with ground beef.
Sprinkle with seasoning mix and cook 1 minute.
Add all other ingredients and cook 10 minutes or more over moderate heat.
Description: "A revised "home made" chili"
Yield: about "4 quarts"

NOTES : 5 points per cup
I choose to use a can of beans instead of 1 lb of ground beef to cut calories and fat and to increase fiber. This trick works in many recipes and keeps good flavor.
