1 orange
1/2 c yogurt with fruit, nonfat, artificial sweetener -- vanilla
1 c ice -- cracked
1 pkg sweetener

Remove peeling from orange. (Remove as much white pith as is easy.) Cut in half. Use your sharp knife to probe each section to locate seeds and remove.

Place into blender: orange halves, yogurt, ice, and sweetener. Blend on highest speed until smooth. Add a tablespoon of water at a time if the blender struggles to get started.
