Linda's Baked Beans

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

114 Oz pork and beans
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 c barbecue sauce Kraft thick'n'saucy -- or similar
1/2 c mustard, yellow -- or dijon
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper -- chopped
1 onion -- chopped
2 shakes Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp celery seeds
2 tbsp smoke sauce -- optional

In sprayed skillet over medium high heat, sauté green pepper and onion until soft. Add celery seeds (and perhaps a little garlic!) I also spray vegetables while they cook 2 or 3 times.

In sprayed 9 x 13" casserole, place all ingredients in any order. Stir to combine. Bake at 350 degrees about an hour.
